It was very difficult to find someone to do it at a reasonable price given that it was a small job but still needed to be fitted to the space. They came, measured it, design it, built it and paint it, all at a competitive price. I was impressed by the extremely professional and friendly people. We love our storage unit. They helped us with the designs and were very responsive. The price was competitive once quoted (we saught a couple of other estimates for the same work). We agreed dates and the work was carried out as per the schedule agreed. The workers were extremely polite and friendly, and were very neat and tidy as they carried out the work. We have found it is far better than any wardrobe you could buy on the high street and for a similar price. We had a tall cupboard built into the hollowed out wall of our living room with shelving and doors a year ago, and still absolutely loving it. We also had drawers added inside old wooden kitchen cupboards rather than replacing the units, and then refreshed paint on the outside of all the kitchen cupboards. Steve who did the carpentry and Zoltan who did the painting were both excellent. Steve obviously very skilled and couldn't recommend him highly enough. Similarly with the painting, Zoltan did very professional job and after a year everything still looks like new and structure is very sturdy and doors perfectly aligned. We hired WLC for a living room cabinettery with open shelving, cabinets, and a large cabinet to connect to our existing kitchen cabinets and also for a shoe cabinet. We are very pleased with the whole process, we have been able to comment multiple times on the design and our comments were processed and picked-up. The carpenter that came was very knowledgeable, friendly and attentioned to details. I was in the house whilst the work was done so could respond to any issues or suggestion which lead to an even better solution than anticipated. The connection to the "old" kitchens cabinets has been taken car off aligning the doors with the new cabinets. The works were done properly and cleaned every evening. The painter came after and did a clean job and cleaned after him. He arrived at the same time everyday which was useful too. Just had an amazing floor-to-ceiling cupboard made by West London Carpentry and can highly recommend them for any carpentry service needed. They build made-to-measure and the process is very straight forward. They have a lot of experience and are excellent at giving advice/ideas as well as listen to any requests you have. The fitting went seamlessly and the finishing has been done exceptionally well. We are very happy with the result and can highly recommend Tim and his team. We used West London Carpentry & Decoration to clad our bedroom in tongue and groove panelling. They sourced, fitted and painted the panelling and went above and beyond to ensure it met my expectations. They were very fast and responsive after initial contact, gave a competitive and fair quote and completed the work to a high standard.
